Ms. Han manages clients across a wide range of industries, including Food/HMR, Mobility, AI, E-Commerce, Fintech/Payment, K-POP/Contents, Platforms, Blockchain & Crypto, and VR/AR. She oversees the entire corporate lifecycle, ranging from incorporation and service launch to regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, domestic and overseas fundraising, and M&A transactions.

She handles numerous corporate litigations and management disputes (including injunctions, breach of trust, embezzlement, non-compete clauses, and dual employment issues), successfully conducting various injunction proceedings as well as civil, criminal, and administrative cases.

Leveraging her native-level English proficiency and her tenure at Korean Air, where she managed diverse international transactions with major foreign corporations such as BOEING, Airbus, GE, Pratt & Whitney, AerCap, GECAS, and Avolon, handling aircraft purchase negotiations, financial structuring, and general corporate legal affairs, she provides premium legal advisory services for Cross-border M&A, overseas investment attraction, and international transactions.

Ms. Han holds a Bachelor's degree from the College of Law at Ewha Womans University. She passed the Judicial Examination and completed the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court. In addition, she passed the New York State Bar Examination. Prior to joining Law Firm MAST, she gained extensive experience in corporate law and international transactions while working in the Legal Department and Aircraft Acquisition Team at Korean Air.

As a Partner at Law Firm MAST, she advises a diverse client base and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, an Ivy League institution in the United States.
