She has advised clients across a range of industries, including Food·HMR, Mobility, AI, E-Commerce, Fintech·Payment, K-POP·Contents, Platform, Blockchain & Crypto, and VR·AR, handling the entire process from incorporation and service launch to dispute resolution, fundraising at home and abroad, and M&A.

She has handled numerous corporate lawsuits and management control disputes (corporate injunctions, occupational breach of trust, embezzlement, non-competition, prohibition of dual employment, and others), appearing in injunction, civil, criminal, and administrative proceedings.

She advises companies on cross-border M&A, overseas investment attraction, and international transactions. That work builds on her time at Korean Air, where she handled a range of international transactions with numerous foreign companies such as BOEING, Airbus, GE, Pratt & Whitney, AerCap, GECAS, and Avolon, negotiated aircraft purchases, and advised on financial structuring and corporate legal affairs.

Sarah Alm Han graduated from the College of Law at Ewha Womans University and qualified as an attorney in Korea. She went on to earn her Master of Laws at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and passed the New York State Bar Examination.

At Korean Air, she handled a wide range of corporate legal affairs and international transactions in the Legal Department and the Aircraft Acquisition Team. She then joined MAST Law Firm, where as a partner she advises a range of corporate clients on international transactions, corporate matters, and corporate litigation.
