MAST does not stop at obtaining a winning judgment. Before filing suit, we use provisional attachments and preliminary injunctions to stop the counterparty from disposing of assets. From there we carry the matter through mediation and settlement, the main action, and post-judgment compulsory enforcement and debt collection, until our client's money is actually recovered. Even where there is no loan certificate or written contract, we reconstruct scattered indirect evidence such as messenger conversation records and bank transfer records into a legal framework, and prove our client's rights.
