In charge of corporate advisory, he has executed numerous M&A and Investment Deal/PMI matters exceeding an accumulated KRW 1 trillion solely in the startup sector. He has also provided legal advisory on mergers, spin-offs, shareholder responses, and strategy formulation for governance changes and improvements of holding companies and affiliates.

Handling clients across various industries including Food/HMR, Robotics, Mobility, AI, E-Commerce, Fintech/Payment, K-POP/Contents/Entertainment, Platforms, Blockchain & Crypto, VR/AR, IoT, and Manufacturing, he possesses extensive experience covering the entire process from company establishment to new service launch, regulatory review, corporate dispute resolution, domestic and overseas investment attraction, and M&A/PMI.

He took charge of reviewing multiple mobility services that became social issues, such as Tada (SOCAR), Poolus, and Buxi, and defended founders by handling various criminal and administrative cases related to domestic mobility services. He holds abundant experience in executing new business reviews in E-commerce for Fresheasy, Heodak, Blank Corporation; new service launches for AI companies like Riiid; and new business reviews in Fintech & Blockchain for Finda, Doomoolmori, Kodebox, and Heybit.

Furthermore, he handled regulatory reform matters in the IT-Startup sector while serving as an advisory attorney for the Ministry of Science and ICT, a reviewer for the Regulatory Review Committee of the Ministry of Science and ICT, an expert member for legal system services of the Public Data Strategy Committee, and a secretary of the Legal System Support Group for the Korea Startup Forum. In 2017, he conducted ICT convergence new industry regulatory reform consulting for the Ministry of Science and ICT and the National IT Industry Promotion Agency, and received a commendation from the Minister of Science and ICT, being selected as a person of merit for regulatory improvement.

He has handled numerous corporate litigations (customs disputes, tax disputes, trademark disputes, IP disputes, various civil/criminal cases related to new businesses, B2B transaction disputes, administrative disputes, etc.) and management control disputes (various provisional injunctions, occupational breach of trust, embezzlement, non-competition, prohibition of concurrent holding of offices, etc.), executing provisional injunctions, civil, criminal, and administrative cases. He has also represented numerous victims of financial crimes in civil and criminal lawsuits against investment companies.

After graduating from Korea University's Department of Statistics and Graduate School of Law, Managing Partner Junghwan Lee worked as an investigator at the Financial System Team, Financial Stability Department of the Bank of Korea. After passing the Judicial Examination, he completed the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court.

Serving concurrently as the Head of Compliance Management, Head of Management Support Group, and Head of Planning and Coordination Office (CCO/CSO) at Fresheasy, the No. 1 HMR/Mealkit company, he accompanied every growth stage from a corporate value of KRW 100 billion to KRW 1 trillion as a startup C-Level executive, possessing high understanding and profound experience in overall corporate management.
