MAST Law Firm (hereinafter the “Company”) establishes and discloses the following personal information processing policy pursuant to Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act, in order to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related grievances promptly and smoothly.

Article 1 (Purposes of Processing Personal Information)
The Company processes personal information for the purposes set out below and does not use it for any other purpose. If the purpose of use changes, the Company will take the necessary measures, such as obtaining separate consent pursuant to Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

2. Provision of services, handling of inquiries and complaints, and related purposes

Article 2 (Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information)
The Company processes and retains personal information within the retention and use period prescribed by statute, or within the retention and use period consented to by the data subject at the time of collection. Records of consultation requests and of how they were handled are retained for a certain period after the purpose has been achieved, in accordance with the relevant statutes.
